This board is a celebration of the British woodland, fusing the iconic, rugged durability of English Oak with the dramatic, ink-like patterns of Spalted Beech . The result is a kitchen essential that is as tough as it is beautiful. The Oak provides a rock-solid, hard-wearing surface for serious prep work, while the Spalted Beech adds a unique, one-of-a-kind character with its striking black grain lines.

Hand-crafted in my UK workshop from solid, 3cm-thick timber, this board offers a premium, stable feel under the knife. We've hand-sanded it to a silk-smooth finish and saturated it with organic, food-safe oils to highlight the contrasting tones and protect the woods natural 'soul.'
